The staff was friendly and the location was great. They offered a complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely view of the lake. The atmosphere was relaxed and the place was generally quiet.
The beds were uncomfortable, the two pushed together to form one bed left a noticeable gap in the middle which was uncomfortable. It was beyond frustrating to deal with these issues during our business trip.

I was really impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the staff which helped me a lot to this city. the hotel facilities were outstandingly clean and cute, making me feel comfortable. the location was perfect as it was centrally located and it waseasy to find transportation. The breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying, making my morning routines much better.

the breakfast was tasty and diverse, offering a variety of options. the room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a view of the surrounding area.
Our room was dirty with spiderwebs in the balcony and sand on the floor. Despite staying for multiple nights, the cleaning service was never provided.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful, always friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. the location was perfect - close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful enough for a good night's sleep.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable as they were two separate beds pushed together. the air conditioning in the room did not work, and the electricity had a strange issue where it would turn off every 20 seconds.
